The initial defendants include Houston-based Omega Protein, which is the largest producer of omega-3 fish oil in the world, drug store chains Rite Aid Corp., CVS Caremark Corp, General Nutrition Corp, which is a subsidiary of GNC, Acquisition Holdings Corp, Now Health Group Inc, Pharmavite LLC, which manufactures the NatureMade brand of supplements, Solgar Inc and TwinLab Corp.
